Mr. Teong is the General Manager of Red Hat ASEAN, responsible for leading and growing Red Hat's business in the region.

With more than a decade of sales management experience in the IT industry, Eng Guan is responsible for both short and long-term performance objectives and for driving policies and procedures that support the expansion of Red Hat's presence in ASEAN. He also manages channel relations and ensures Red Hat employees remain at the top of their game through staff training.

Prior to Red Hat, Eng Guan served as Country Manager for Avaya Singapore; where he successfully transformed the channel infrastructure and surpassed the revenue target. Prior to that, he was the Singapore Sales Director at BEA Systems where he revamped the channel system through their partner program.

Eng Guan holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign (USA) and an MBA from the Imperial College School of Management (UK).

Mr. Subra Shankhar is the Director of Enterprise Solution Sales for APAC. He has over two decades of industry experience, most of it in Asia Pacific wide responsibilities, in the software and solutions space.

Prior to joining Intel, Subra was the Senior Vice-president for SolutionNet's APAC region (a software and services company with primary focus on financial services solutions). Subra started his career as a consultant and has held senior sales management positions at Autodesk, Computer Associates and Groupe Bull where he successfully led these companies to new businesses in APAC.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master's degree in Computer Science and Business Management.

Patrick has worked in the IT industry for over 13 years. He has a solid background in IT implementation and delivery, ranging from technical infrastructure, web technologies and security to middleware, outsourced solutioning and consultancy.

As CTO, Patrick is responsible for putting in place robust and scalable technical solutions for SPH Search. Leading a team of in-house technical staff and collaborating with reliable outsourced vendors, he ensures that SPH Search's suite of product offerings is delivered on time and that the technical solutions in place perform optimally.

Prior to joining SPH Search, Patrick was an IT Architect at the online travel portal ZUJI, providing infrastructure and application support to its operations. Earlier in his career, he held various consulting roles at Cap Gemini and Vanda Technologies.

Mr. Siva Shunmugam is a Solutions Architect for Red Hat ASEAN, where he is responsible for technical excellence for the sales team. He is responsible for pre-sales support to the channels and Account Managers in the region. In addition to designing Linux-based and JBoss middleware solutions for enterprise customers, Siva delivers sales and technical training for partners in Linux and Java enterprise middleware and has represented Red Hat in various speaking engagements in the region.

Siva is also in charge of the Red Hat and Intel Center of Excellence program. He continues to implement a range of sales programs, working with Dell's sales team. He has managed a hugely successful program for Red Hat training courses through the Dell channel in ASEAN.

Prior to Red Hat, Siva was a consultant with Scalable Systems Pte Ltd, where he was lead consultant in various IT projects across the region, with extensive experience in high performance networking technologies.

Siva holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from the National University of Singapore.
